DEFINITION
 
Vegetable-derived lipid concentrate consisting of a multi-lamellar system with ceramides (2.5%), cholesterol (0.5%), free fatty acids & phytosphingosine (1%) that resembles the structure of the lipid barrier the skin. Viscous liquid. Preserved with phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin.
 
 
 
 
USAGE
 
 
It can be used add to aqueous phase of formulas. Typical use level 1-15%. May lower viscosity when added to existing o/w emulsions. Viscous liquid. Store in refrigerator (shelf life about 6 months when refrigerated).
 
 
 
 
APPLICATIONS
 
Anti-aging and anti-wrinkle creams, lotions. Creams for sensitive & dry skin, sun care & after sun products.
