DEFINITION |
Australian Fruit also called Gubinge, Billygoat or Murunga. Kakadu plumb contains the highest concentration of Vitamin C of most fruits (about 100 times higher than oranges). It has been used in food & medicine ever since. Slight sweet plum odor, clear to slightly cloudy, pale yellow. Does not contain a preservative. Water soluble. |

USAGE |
It can be used add to formulas to the water phase below 100°F/40°C. Typical use level 5-10%. Optimum pH is 3-7.5. |
