DEFINITION |
Extract made from rolled oat kernels (Avena Sativa). Oatmeal has a history of cosmetic use in facial masks and as additive in bath soaps to relieve irritation and itching. Appearance: light to medium yellow liquid. Extract (20%) in water (40%), glycerin (40%), preserved with phenoxyethanol. pH Value: 4.0-6.5. Odor: characteristic. Water soluble. |
